Introduction

You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and clearances to grant the rights granted in these Terms; and (ii) neither the User Content, your submission, uploading, publishing or otherwise making available of such User Content, nor Zaetec’s use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

User Accounts

In order to access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Zaetec of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Site and Services, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, trade secrets, and all other proprietary rights, are the exclusive property of Zaetec and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Site or Services, or any intellectual property rights belonging to Zaetec or its licensors.
